I recently moved from Florida to Ohio. I had a terrible experience in Fl which caused me to pause dental treatments for a significant amount of time. I was terrified by my past experience. Dr Kendrick was able to turn my sour outlook around. Not only is she an expert in her field; her interpersonal skills are top notch!! She didn’t preach or shame me for my lack of dental treatments for a significant amount of time. She spoke with me; not too me. She helped me make a decision based on my current and potential future needs (desires). It’s a big deal for me to get back into a dentist chair. I’m thankful my path crossed with Dr Kendrick as she changed my life!! Seriously!! I had an abscessed tooth and they got me in quickly to be assessed, then for an extraction and bone graft. Both the dentist and oral surgeon were friendly, as well as all the staff in the office. The staff’s kindness and fun demeanor lightened the mood and has helped with my dislike of going to the dentist. They were able to help me put aside my fears and get through the experience with little discomfort and anxiety. Overall I have had a great experience with this dental emergency and with my regular routine care at Blue Ash Modern Dentistry.
